Battery status
Just noticed my battery status icon on the menu bar is missing on my old iBook, did a resart to no avail, any ideas?

Hold The Fort!... Found it, under energy saver! ....... could some Moderator type stick waving person please delete Thread as superfluous!

Try this:
System preferences > Energy saver > Options
tick the box "Show battery status in menu bar".
Might work.
