Powerbook 15" Hard Drive Upgrade

OK, I have searched

But I cant find the 2 answers I am after

1. I want to put a 160GB drive in my PB 15"
So what drive should I use and more importantly what drive should'nt I use

2. I remember seeing a post here for all sorts of step by step instructions on how to pull apart a Powerbook, but I cant find them, can anyone point me in the right direction

TIA

What's the PB 15 inch model / specs ?

New models are SATA, but the older G4's are ATA.

avoid hitachi and western digital just had a seagate 7200 160gb put in my macbook pro after the western digital developed major death issues. also had an external western digital die recently. have never had a seagate go on me, and whats more the seagate 7200 160gb momentus has made my machine so much faster. also battery consumption and heat are noticeably down.
