Could someone please help me locate the thread on the Macbook CPU fan. I read somewhere about someone with a solution for the fun constantly cutting in and out when the cpu warmed up. I've spent the last 45 min searching but to no avail.
Thanks

Ahh.. Are the moos everyone's talking about, the fan cutting in and out constantly? *L* I had no idea what this mooing thing was. When my comp gets warm, the fan cuts in and about every 1 to 2 secs. I remember someone last month posted a fix, but can't remember what the fix was or where to find it. Does the firmware upgrade fix this issue?

Thanks!

yep firmware fixes mooing noise but the tradeoff is a low speed fan on instead. Personally the moo noise doesn't bother me.
