Hey all,

Is there an audiophile out there that can give me an english-speak description of whether these new headphones w/mike are worth looking at? Only problem is, I can't actually find any of the specs for the model, just people selling it. Maybe someone else will have better luck!

Hi gmask1

I'm an audio engineer and although I haven't experienced this product I'll offer standard advice.

Try them out in a noisy environment along with several other products. Listen to stuff that you know well. Specs don't mean much to your ears.

Cheers

True.... specs mean shit sometimes... most the time...

I usually listen to whatever I plan on buying.

Example: I have a JVC amp powering speakers I built from scratch. For this price, I couldn't find better amps.

Guitarists swear by old valve amps..... where on paper, they suck dead dogs balls. But they sing to anyones ear.

Get out there, and listen to a piece of music you know really well, as suggested by machead.

I had my mind set on these cinema speakers once, I went into the shop, had a test listen... liked them. Then the guy asked, "you know about these ones?" pointing to another set, that turned out to not only be better (same brand) but cheaper. I'll just say that the stuff was a steal and I couldn't refuse the offer after listening to them.
