Apparently, yes you can:
Get Apple’s MultiTouch Magic Mouse To Play Nice on Windows But I would like to hear of anyone here on the forums who can/has got this to work.

Interesting. Pity about the lack of horizontal scrolling. That really would have been a great kicker.
Based on that, would you recommend it as a Windows mouse?

I had some issues with the input lagging or pausing.
I must admit I only tried it for 5 minutes. The issues could be with my cheap usb bluetooth adaptor, I am not sure. I wasn't able to spend any more time on it, as I had work to do. But I certainly do like the Magic Mouse, my Mighty Mouse Wireless now sits there idle under the monitor.
