Wii Fit
After work I'm buying Wii Fit for the missus - anyone here got it yet?
It looks kinda fun, but I like my videogames with a bit more violence and a lot less moving :P

Well mine's a nurse and she talks to the parents of the children in the ward and a few of them have Wii's - she tells me a lot of them are excited (just like how we were excited when GTA4 came out), over Wii Fit.
Nintendo, what have you done?!

Bought one today and managed to break a sweat carrying it back from the store. It's got a bit of substance to it. I'm out tonight and tomorrow night so I'll give it a go on Saturday.
JB HiFi are selling them for $119. Good deal I reckon.

Can you get extra balance boards anywhere yet, or do you have to buy two whole bundles?
There's also some bad news about the 4 player ski game - only one player gets to use a board and the rest just play with a remote.

I played that tennis game that comes with the Wii for a couple of hours at a mates place one night. I think I was hitting it way harder than I needed to because I had a sore arm for three days after.
That parody is piss funny.

Already blew money on an iPod and Nike+ that I only have used once. Might as well get another so called exercise device

Welcome to the new computer market economy: women.
As a side-note, does anyone know what sort of weight this thing will support?
I have this image of me doing some sort of step aerobics program on it only to have it snap in half.

Wiki says:
"Although the Japanese packaging states that it is designed to support people weighing up to 136 kg (300 pounds / 21 stone 6lb) and the "Western" Balance Board up to 150 kg (330 pounds / 23 stone 9lb), there is actually only one model Wii Balance Board and the packages differ due to differing laws in Japan and other nations."
