Been using it for three weeks and it has made a bit of a difference. We do the Body Test every day and also bought an exercise bike the same day, so between what we eat and which days we use the bike there's a really obvious difference.

I actually found myself realising the other day that if I ate junk food for lunch I'd waste the progress I'd seen in the previous couple of days.

No significant dietary changes to date (contributing to the small amount of weight lost).

Still a long way to go, but I'm pretty happy with myself for continuing this far, especially with Smash Bros and a new Xbox360 to distract me!
That's pretty good. I suppose I'm only 6 or 7 days in so time will tell. What exercises are you doing most? Are you doing the yoga and balance ones or just muscle and aerobic?

I've been using for around 2 -3 months. brilliant concept, and it's helped dramatically with my fitness. i've been cycling for years, .. but fell out of training for about 2 months, . went on holiday etc. the Wii helped get me back on track again & doing the daily weigh in etc has becoming something i look forward to doing, .. i;m also back on the bike, but progressing faster(i think). also riding hard, cause i'm now pretty determined to hit my goal weight and get fit again. at 37, .. its working heaps for me.

Apparently he was quite successful!

I caved and bought a Wii yesterday. It's quite possible that my wife enjoys it even more than I do and she's never been particularly into games.

Maybe because it's not as fun?

I haven't got Wii Fit yet, but planning on getting it for me and my missus (which sorta looks like hulahooper gf up there ). I did have the Nike EyeToy game for the PS2 though and that was a lot of fun (and really brought on a sweat).

Exercising can be fun.

My brother-in-law says it's only safe to move around outside in my neighbourhood if you are in an armoured vehicle...

Sam: Wait, there's no such thing as unicorns?
