I do have to admit they are cheap. But the waiting times are so long.

Looks alright, I don't mind it that much. Things I really dislike are having so much information on the page. I don't want to read it all at once, sometimes moving down the page is better. Having all the tips and FAQs in the side are annoying too, they might be better on a separate page or at least on the bottom.

Also the text is a little big

Perhaps "hirlpool" (that *is* an 'r', isn't it?) is an expression of how we're supposed to feel about the new site?

I make a habit of writing to webmasters of sites I really like telling them how good their site is (last time was the SBS Food Safari site). Now I'll have to start doing the opposite. Horrible Whirlpool - what were you thinking.
