Exclamation Gmail IMAP: Who's got it?

Hey everyone.

It looks like Google is about to roll out IMAP over Gmail accounts. From what I've read, a few people already have it... and I'm not one of them.

Check to see if the google fairies have blessed you with IMAP by logging into Gmail, click Settings > Forwarding and POP

Click the image to open in full size.

Who's got it?

POP is crappy as it doesn't sync read/unread changes, sent mail, or deleted mail.
With IMAP, what you have in Gmail will be exactly replicated in your mail application. POP just downloads what's in your mail box and that's it - not very smart.

If you don't know the answer to that then you probably don't need IMAP.

IMAP would be awesome! I use it for everything else except gmail.

So let me get this straight... I have to have all my mail in at least two places at once all the time? So if my computer is stolen I lose one set of private emails, and if my Gmail account is hacked all my private emails can be read? And I can't keep my Gmail account with me at all times... So I see that as the risk.
