Default dell 24" HC arrived today

I was working at some uni work today and was about to go out for some lunch when the delivery guy came with my delivery from dell a week early .

Unpacked everything and it is just impressive in every aspect.

The monitor has 5 inputs and a whole stack of usb ports and a card reader.
pip support and pbp support.

I have not tested the machine with DVI-D so I have not seen the screen up to it's full capabilities. I was supprised that my ibook g4 runs the screen at 1920*1200 with not a lot of problems.

here are some shots of the screen:

To make me even happier I just got a mail from apple saying my mbp comes tommorow (two weeks early), I ordered it at 5pm this friday. Very excited and going to watch a good dvd on the screen now.

Congratulations on the new screen. I ordered a 30" HC on the weekend and I'm eagerly awaiting it. It hasn't got all the inputs etc that the 24" has but still.

One box had a HDMI-DVI cable in it and the other one was a power cable.

Maybe these are addons so they don't have to open the box.
