can somebody tell, why Enemy Territory doesn't work? I have macbook, 2.1 ghz, intel core duo, 2gigarams, gmx3100.. I have downloaded the os x version of ET, but when I open it, it has a stupid sound, and crashed, I can quit only with force quit... pleease help, thats one of my fav games!

Here's an idea guys: instead of nitpicking someone who's probably not a native English speaker, how about actually trying to help?

Cakli, your integrated graphics card is probably the cause. As far as I'm aware ET requires a 3D-capable graphics card, and the onboard graphics on your Macbook just aren't going to do the job.

The X3100 does have HT&L, so it should all work. Are you sure you got a Universal Binary download of the game?

I think it should work. I mean, I can play HL2 without any problems, and Im sure ET has worse graphics than hl2.. so, i dont really know the problem...

I agree, I think I'll close this up and anyone who feels the need can start up a new gamers database. Whoever does though should be proactive in monitoring and updating the list though.
