Agreed.


And they make no excuses for it. Do you make a fuss and ask a premium automotive brand like Porsche to lower their prices so poor students can buy it? No. And that is why I doubt Apple will ever bring out a subnotebook/netbook under $1000 anytime soon.

if you insist on being a 'student' then get a night job and a bag of crystal meth.the initial outlay for the bag far exceeds the net profits of nightshift penalty rates.....

Be good at what you do and you'll be rewarded. Even students can get paid enough to buy MacBooks. Take up a tutoring job, a research position, a disabilities notetaker etc. All will pay. Apply for scholarships too.

They're my tips. Students can earn money while studying.
