Trust me... you don't want to see the foreground! It's a mix of scrub and houses - with, as I'm sure you can guess, a highway running diagonally across.

haha - fair enough! Perhaps recompose it so that you only have the bottom third as black, and make the awesome orange/pink sky fade more into blue at the top? Just a suggestion!

Don't even leave the bottom third as black- get rid of it all together. What's the point of having black nothing in half or even one third of your photo? Either point the camera up higher as Jaali suggests or just crop it off. Personally, sunsets become pretty boring after a while without an interesting foreground but that is often very hard to achieve.
