G'day,

My fiancée's LG KG220 mobile has shat itself... Just under 2 years old, and the screen now only shows up as solid blue/grey, plus the speaker doesn't work - except for calls (ie no incoming ringtone, no keypad sounds, etc).

So, she can use it as a phone - blindly hitting the keys and dialling... and it vibrates when a call comes in... but she can't read/send txts, or access the phone book etc.

Any ideas if this is fixable???

Sounds like a hardware issue. Probably not worth repairing (compared to getting a new phone.)
