So far, I am right! Hopefully the white iPhone 8GB becomes a reality and then I am more accurate then Kevin Rose

"Let's Rock". But that isn't the Bird Noises album cover, signifying the greatest Midnight Oil song ever sung (and world's greatest album cover IMHO)..
You know, when Midnight Oil was a surfie band, before they got all stupid and political, paving the way for Garrett to become the ultimate sell out.

Can't believe it. Been hanging out for ages and September is finally here, hoping for new MacBook's. Now I guess I have to wait till January.
I guess it isn't conclusive that there will be no non-iPod updates yet, I'm not expecting it though.

Pretty much sums up my feelings. In my eyes, there was no need to give the Nano a revision, perhaps the Classic but urgh I just wanted to upgrade my Macbook!

While my MacBook Pro is fine and dandy, I would love a new case design. I want that

How are you right about the white 8GB iPhone? It's also common knowledge that iPod line are going to be refreshed also.
This event sounds lame - new iPods and iTunes 8 don't interest me the slightest.. unless there's information on iPhone 2.1

If you actually read my post, I said "hopefully" and "becomes a reality" I think there will be. . . Can't say why though.

I reckon there won't be, because that's just providing less of an incentive to go 16GB.
People get the White because it's only available in 16GB and when you see Whites around, you think, wow, they paid for the 16GB (or if they were going to get 16 anyway, it's available in both colours).
So it's more rare I guess - I've seen a few around. Mostly girls with them. Though with the Black ones you can't tell if it's 8 or 16 just from looking. Think of it like the BlackBook (Black MacBook), in reverse. Minus the 'Black' tax.
Same sort of thing happened with the Red 2G Nano/product(RED) and Black 2G Nano/8GB model.

Disappointed about what? MacBook upgrades? Intel doesn't have any new CPUs to put into any new MacBook. When Intel have a new CPU, Apple will throw it in a MacBook. Easy

Will any Australians-eg. from Macworld Australia be attending?
A white touch would be nice-as the iPhone also has a white version.
