Free (+ postage) 512MB DDR2 SO-DIMMs!!

Streetwise has donated these spare 512MB chips (95 of them!) that were going into the bin! Instead of letting them go in the bin, I am giving them away for whatever price you want to pay for them (minimum of $2 to cover postage).

Click the image to open in full size.

These chips all work (or so I've been told) and are suitable for all Intel iMacs, MacBooks and MacBook Pros. The brands are random and are all pulled from Apple machines that have had their RAM upgraded, so technically, this is official Apple RAM

512 SO-DIMM PC-5300 DDR2 667Mhz

So if you want them, just post here and I will PM you. Pay whatever you like, don't ask me if it's okay or whatever, just send the money though. Make sure it's over $2 though, as postage isn't free

You can pay via direct deposit or PayPal, but if you are paying by PayPal, you need to pay more as PayPal has fees.

I moved it out of the trading forum and into the regular forum so all members, not just those with TF access can see it.

When you reply to my PM with your address, *please* include your name. The address should be in the following format:

First Name Last Name
Street Address
Suburb, State
Postcode

Then I don't have to sent you multiple PMs asking if your address is correct

Good on Streetwise, and Good on MacTalk.

I wish I had a laptop or an iMac. Good on streetwise though for doing this.

Well, my neighbour's Windoze notebook is running on 512MB at the moment (in 2x256MB; she was complaining to me that it was slow running 256MB - no wonder!), and I've only got 1.25GB in my MBP so I could bump that to 1.5GB, and a couple of sticks spare would also be handy, so how does 5 for $10 sound?

Also, put me in the standby queue if any of the 1GB stick sales fall through...
