Bought my 1st gen shuffle from the refurb store last year-delivery is speedy to the Gold Coast.
However, my 2nd gen nano was purchased at BigW ($98 vs $120-130 at the refurb store).

Just purchased the Air for 1950.
I was looking at 2350 for the EDU MBA... so I'm stoked with 1950 really. From what I've read, these machines are generally better than your regular Mac... because when they're made ready for the refurb store they are given the fine tooth comb.
Just need to get a bag and Applecare now... I should be able to do the whole lot for under $2300!

September 2006 - Pink, Orange, Green, Blue, Silver.
September 2007 - Emerald, Turquoise, Purple, (RED), Silver.
Although it doesn't make this distinction obvious on the store page, if you buy the uppermost Silver colour then you're buying a Shuffle between one and two years old. Buy the lowermost version, which is located beneath the (RED) product, and your shuffle is less than a year old.

I changed my order. Wasn't happy with a lot of negative reviews on the Time Capsule. So bought an AEBS instead. Sorry for giving you guys another big spike
I see that instead of shipping in 24hours, I will be getting this product in 4-8 August. BOO

I haven't seen a 2008 Mac Pro on the refurbished store, but a stock 2006 Mac Pro sells for something like $2699.

No it's not.
But I think they will definitely come down in price once the new edition of the MB/MBP comes out later this year. So wait a bit more!
