They are!!!

I remember using them at school....the only department that had Apple computers was the music department. They were used to "compose" music, organised tracks, sound recordings....it was so cool.

I remember when Windows 95 just came out, our music teacher told us that M$ was copying what Apple was doing a decade ago. LOL. He's so right...

Woohoo!

The Macintosh Classic was my first ever Mac (and indeed, first ever personal computer). I loved it... it was SO much more than just a word processor!

My parents bought one second hand for me for $2000 inc an ImageWriter II printer in June 1992. I had it for just over 1 year, when I sold it (on its own) for... if memory serves... $2000... That (plus birthday/pocket/etc money) financed getting my LCIII, with 14" Apple/Sony trinitron monitor, and adjustable keyboard for $2,995.

I still miss my Classic though...
