The Green Guide is the TV supplement in Melbourne's broadsheet newspaper. As far as I can tell, there is nothing on their website about this.

I'm sure someone at Streetwise just hasn't updated the website yet. I'm sure if you give them a call, they will probably tell you about it.
So is this just a general Apple promo to try and shift units before the end of the financial year, or is it a store specific thing?

Have a look at the MacBook Pro 15", grippon didn't note that you add Applecare to the purchase of a MacBook Pro 15" to receive the free 8GB iPod touch.

I'm in the same boat in that I need to purchase AppleCare for my new MacBook and can't find any info regarding this deal on Streetwise's website. Can someone please clarify? |

You need to buy a Macbook Pro + APP at the same time. You don't get the iPod if you are just buying the APP alone.

To get the free iPod Touch you need to buy a MacBook Pro + AppleCare.
Frenchy, why haven't you edited the AppleCare attribute to show "Included + Free iPod Touch"?
