Desktop IT Support Job - Expressions of interest

Just gauging the interest.

At RMIT University there is a 6 months casual role for a Desktop IT Support ( Mac ) position.

The person would undertake level 1 and 2 Mac/Windows support, but the core role would be around Mac support. Mac OSX troubleshooting, imaging, rollouts of new hardware and migration from existing hardware along with software installation. Possibility for training, and mentoring.

Depends on the experience level.

Universities have pays levels called HEW. Most Desktop IT staff would fall in between a HEW5 or HEW6 classification. Again depending on experience.

The role is 9 to 5, Monday to Friday but the pay is at a casual rate. Starting date is ASAP.
