Hi Everybody,

I've noticed there's some people on this forums who works for Apple, I'm interested in getting experience/working for Apple perhaps part time - i would appreciate any tips/advice.. just like to get my career options open..

I currently work as a Mac Operator/Graphic Artist and have been doing this for the last 10 years
( which involves installing/repairing/adjustin all kind of macs etc) - Is there any 'special' requirements needed if i apply for a part-time apple sales/tech job? Im looking at perhaps a couple of nights a week or even a weekend job.

I do understand they pay less - i just have a great passion working with Mac's.

You wouldn't be working for Apple, only one of their resellers (excepting the Sydney Apple store and supposedly Melbourne one). As far as the resellers/Apple Centres are concerned, they are small businesses like any other. If you're a graphic artist, some resellers are involved directly with GTP businesses. From what I've seen, they are small, don't advertise (they have pretty much all the clients they need already and get more through word of mouth from existing clients) and are very business-like.
