Apple Education Resellers
Im buying a Macbook and i need to find an apple shop that does education discounts in sydney. I dont think i can do it online because im salary sacrificing the education discounted macbook and i think that my dads company will be supplying a cheque to hand to the shop.

Is it possible to salary sacrifice an online purchase and if not, where in sydney would education discounts be available?

According to this you can pay by Cheque using the online store - I would call Apple on 133622 to confirm this though

Wouldn't you just pay for it using credit card, then give the invoice to your Dad's company, the company pays you back in full, then they just take out a little bit of your dad's pay each week?

Try Myer (believe it or not). After some problem with NextByte, Myer Adelaide matched the Edu discount, same price without the hassles

Next Byte in Adelaide to EDU pricing, not sure about the ones in Sydney though. Give them a call and ask.

Most of the "on campus" resellers will do EDUC prices for you...
so just work out which is the most convenient campus for you that has a reseller on site.

Yea, Officially - the *only* places that are allowed to give EDU discounts are Apple On-Campus resellers and the Apple Online store (of if you order via the phone at 133-MAC).
Most major Uni's have an On-Campus reseller, and if yours doesn't - just visit a Uni that does - or buy online like you've suggested.
