Greetings all!

I'm a uni student (read quite poor at present), and I am currently after a simple webcam that will work with my iBook G4 OSX. Any suggestions? Your comments would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ak2146, and welcome to AppleTalk
Mac OS X can support a lot of cheap PC cameras. Any webcam in this list will work - though of course you can't get a better picture than the $200 iSight.

If you have/find a cam in that list, install Macam: http://webcam-osx.sourceforge.net

I have seen old Kensington webcams selling for around 50 bucks or so and they appear on the list snax showed above.

And a quick google search found these:
