If you have the Nike + kit for your ipod nano, then you are able to download data from walks or runs that you do. In addition you can set up challenge to others throughout Australia which helps each other achieve their goals.

You will need

1 x Nano
1 x Nike + Sport Kit
1 x Set of Nike+ Shoes (may not be totally neccessary)

and then you are away....
