Scripts Icon in Toolbar

I installed an app that placed the Scripts icon in the top-right of the screen next to the clock.
I know it isn't doing anything unless activated - but how can I remove it?

Are these items in a folder somewhere - like the Starup folder in XP?

Thank you.

All you have to do is...

Command-Drag it out of the menubar.

BTW, to re-enable the Scripts icon in the menubar, go to /System/Library/CoreServices/Menu\ Extras and click on Script Menu.menu or just paste this command in Terminal:

open /System/Library/CoreServices/Menu\ Extras/Script\ Menu.menu/
