Righteo, i've done a fresh install on my C2D imac. After installing osX want to simply return my backed up user files (via superduper). From other peeps experiences, is it just a simple case of copy and pasting the user files onto the fresh MacHD? or do i need to consider another approach? *raises eyebrow*

Cheers.

One option is to use the migration assistant. Upon re install (or you can fire it up from utilities folder), you can specify to import files from another Mac or external HD.
