I don't know how long Apple Australia have had this link on their site... to be honest, I've never really looked in the bottom left of the menu, but there's a link to Apple refurbished products, which are considerably cheaper than retail.

Its been there a while - at least 6 weeks. I note now the Power Macs in all configurtions are there.

I think it is great. I got two iPod shuffles for $69.00 each. They came with a free genuine apple arm band and was really surprised to find that the shuffles looked brand new. They had all brand new accessories (headphones, laynard etc) and packaged really well. I think it's the way to go if you're looking for a product on a budget.
