Does anyone else have the problem of when their mouse runs out of batteries, once you change them, the mouse still doesn't work. Even if you turn it off or on, or reboot the computer.. it still doesn't work.. is there a surefire way to make it work?

Daniel.

i have had the problem, but the issue was the battery not the mouse.

you need to remove the batteries straight away from the charger once its done or else it starts to loose charge

Maybe update your bluetooth software and see how you go.
