hi guys, for the past 4 months i have been waiting patiently for my imac g5 to be fixed, it was in service for a month and a half (which didn't fix my problem) and the rest of that time i have been waiting for apple australia to get off their fat lazy asses and send me a replacement, and quite frankly i am fed up with waiting and having to call them all the time because they NEVER return my phone calls.

anyway since they don't return my calls, and i always get the 'leave your name and number' BS i want to complain through email, i can't find any email contact on apples site, so i was wondering if anyone here knew of a complaints email address ?

I wish I knew as well. Despite me having a letter stating my iPod is covered under an Applecare Plan till April next year, they refuse to acknowledge that its covered under warranty just because I didn't enroll it properly. So now they won't fix it. The call centre is a waste of space, so there's basically no way of contacting anyone who can deal with anything other than the most basic situation.

Make sure you keep a diary... the date you sent it away each time for repair.

It's your legal right to have your warranty extended by the amount of time the product isn't in your possession.

Some handy info I found out from consumer affairs yesterday when calling about my iPod.

This goes to the PR folks. They should be able to direct you to someone if you ask them for a contact.
Don't bother complaining to them though.
