A query on whether I can enroll in the "Standard Company" program or if I have to go down the "Standard Individual" path.

This week I registered a sole trader business name and got myself an ABN and today I registered the relevant domain names.

Now I want to sign up with Apple. I want to sign up with the "Standard Company" option but want to check first that as a Sole Trader I am able to do that (ie. I'm not technically a company but I am a business). I really do want my business name to be used in the App Store.

Assuming I can do that - what documentation would I need to send them?

I changed from Standard Individual to Standard Company just last week. All you need to give them if you want to be a company with the AppStore is your ABN proof, and a phone number, where they will call you to confirm that you have authorised the company being on the AppStore. You will be fine to go down this path.
