I'm surprised he has not tracked all evidence of that down and destroyed the evidence, George Lucas Star Wars Christmas Special style...

That video was deeply disturbing. I'm not sure which is worse - the beige flappy collar or the bum fluff moustache. I can feel my Ive man-love ebbing away.
I can't believe that world's industrial design icon looked like the fat kid you used to beat up behind the bubblers in year five. |

He always had a lovely smile though. And the voice is the same. I'd seriously have a crush on him even if he didn't design all my favourite gadgets.

He'd probably be good as the CEO, but can he make the tough choices?
Whilst I'm sure Jobs' has mellowed in his old(er) age I can easily picture a happy Apple staffer joyously offering up his heart on a platter, eagerly showing Jobs his latest awesome invention and Steve pausing for a moment and saying "No, that's shit." stomping on said item, and leaving the room. It's Steve's ability to say no to quite a good product because it isn't good enough that has really helped Apple during both his tenures at the company. I just think Ive is too nice a guy, unfortunately. I honestly think it will be Tim Cook. He's next down the list, and has acted on Jobs' behalf on two occasions in Steves absence. But the keynotes would be done with Shiller, Forstall and Ive. |
