Default Apple turning over a new leaf?

Don't know if anyone remembers, but Apple's been know to be pretty crappy when it comes to dealing with its indirect sales partners.

So by introducing Apple Consultants Network in Australia (see: Apple targets corporate opportunities with partner network - Apple, Cheap Macs, iPhone, kytec - ARN, does it mean the company is starting to help its channel partners out more now? What do you guys thing?

No. Apple will still be corporate aresholes when it comes to dealing with any affiliates.
To them it is just business and anyway they can improve their bottom line.
I think they may cosy up to some of their bigger partners but the smaller stores will still be out on their own.
Just look at their past record.
I don't think that is going to change anytime soon.
