Default Prepared for Shipment to Shipped - Timeframe

How long does it take (usually) for an Apple order to go from "Prepared for Shipment" to it being shipped?

After days of running around after lost paperwork, its finally progressing which is good, but I'd like to get it sooner rather then later

Remember, you have shipment to the courier which is whatever it stated when you bought the product of Apple's website, then you have a couple of days for the product to be delivered to you. It will be a bit longer though, as it is heading into the New Year with a public holiday tomorrow.

TNT run on the public holidays (the only reason I know this is because TNT have guaranteed delivery for a work-related item (not through Apple) on Friday sent today)
