Well, I haven't received a letter from my bank yet, even though they have already raised my interest rate. Pricks.

I did however receive my Zip Zip.

for those who have theirs, what sort of transfer speeds are you getting?

It took over 2 minutes to copy 100mb to mine, just wondering if thats normal or not?

It seems to be about as fast (perhaps even a bit faster) than my previous memory stick.

Rough test - I copied a 350mb file from Hard Drive to USB drive in 23 seconds.

That's about 900mb a minute.

Hmm, that is kinda slow - can you plug it into a different computer and try it? You should be getting speeds similar to what Geoff3DMN is.

Just a quick thought... the USB drive isn't plugged into a USB 1.1 port is it?

Okay, disregard my previous post. I was transferring via a USB hub, once i plugged into the computer directly it was up around 1000mb a minute.
Should of thought of that first

I remember Anthony saying something about the first batch being real slow, so i was jumping to conclusions
