Not for me it isn't, I've refreshed it so many times it's becoming ridiculous.
I could use the direct link on the thread but then iTunes wouldn't recognise it as a podcast, iTunes would call it a regular mp3 music file not a podcast.

itunes is a strange beast, it happens for me for the odd podcast. try unsubscribing, then subscribing, if that doesnt help, look up the podcast in the itunes directory, the new episode should be visible, and click 'get new episode'.

For me it doesn't even 'pop up' in the itunes directory. Very strange if you ask me.
