If my trip to Melbourne is funded by someone, I'm quite willing to attend.

It's a tough nut to crack. What I want to do is get my hands on the following and make it really cool:
Epiphan VGA2USB LR (to capture VGA signal)
Kramer VP-300N Active Splitter (to split VGA signal to projector and capture device)
Shure PG188/PG185 Dual Lavalier Wireless System (to sitck on presenter to capture audio)
Edirol UA-25 (to record audio)
Canon HV-20 HDV camera (to record presenter)
It would cost about $5000, but it would be awesome
Could have a 1280x480 video that has half the presenter and half the computer/VGA capture. Mmm, gear.

Do you guys normally eat there? Like do you order pizzas or something? 6pm-9pm pretty much covers my usual "dinner eating time"!

We don't usually eat there. I would love to get a half time pizza break happening but need to find out the exact rules for eating in that part of the Library. I"m pretty sure it's not allowed.
I usually have a late lunch beforehand and grab something to eat afterwards. It's not ideal I know.

There are of course plenty of places around where you can eat beforehand or afterwards.
Hungry Jacks Bacon Deluxe Stunner I'm looking at you.

Will find out, but not that keen on having food in that room, only because I am responsible for that room and will end up cleaning it up
