Thought I would get around to adding my setup.

As per sig, plus LaCie D2 250 GB for those all important backups; Canon MP760 for printing/scanning; Panasonic NV-GS120 for movie stuff; Canon ixus 50 and Canon EOS50 (with 50mm f/1.4, 28-80mm and 75-300mm lenses) for stills and an iDog to keep the child amused.

Looks hazy there on the roof, a good job London doesn't have the pea soup smogs any more. Do the chimney pots belch smoke from open fires, are they only relics from the past?

Due to all the attached images being lost from the old thread, I've split the posts from the forum software upgrade onwards into this new one.

My specs:
  • Original Macintosh 128K, stock config - Apple power cable, keyboard and mouse
  • 2 x 400K disk drives
  • Everything works like a Swiss watch, no screen burn in
  • Cost: $0
Actually, this is my newest machine - I found it dumped in poor condition while driving around for work one day. I've had it sitting there until I scrubbed and cleaned it, inside and out, with an old toothbrush and soap. It's come up beautifully, with no blemishes on the case (apart from a VIN scratched into the back ). It works without a hitch - it's amazing to think a computer ~ 23 years old can work without problems

This is my current setup. I need the Mac in the lounge atm so this was the easiest way to do it. I though this little stand suited it well.

By the way, im selling this system if anyone is interested. see sig.
