Hi Guys,

I received APP with my powerbook from ebay, but the previous owner has written on the APP form in pen.. So how can I enroll my powerbook in the plan if i can't send in the form?

There are directions for you to register online in the AppleCare manuel. Have a read

Can i do this from a windows computer as my powerbook is currently doing something that needs 100% CPU

From personal experience, be a bit cautious about having it done over the phone.
Mine was done over the phone too but when i needed my powerbook repaired, it came up as out of warranty and it took 3 weeks for apple to figure out what was up before they would even send the replacement part, and I had to provide receipt number, protection plan number etc..
