Safari, it respects the system's network locations and keychain.

1Password works with Firefox as well...
I've tried using firefox and the simplicity and ease of use has always brought me back to Safari. I also found that (for me anyway) Firefox takes a lot longer than Safari to start up, but that might be the number of plugins I have installed.

Ah, Cool.
Extensions are awesome. Thanks for the tip.
Now, can someone please explain to me why Firefox 3.0.3 has just been released so close to 3.0.2? Reminds me of the BSOD issue that iTunes 8 had on WIndows computers...

Sounds pretty 'serious' so they rushed a fix out. Saving new passwords can be useful (for the lazy).

Thanks everyone. I have always used Firefox on my PC and know it well. I can not remember ever having any issues with it. In saying that, I am not having any issues with Safari either - seems pretty good, but it is another thing I have to learn and trust me, I HATE the whole learning thing. Its kinda like the first day of a new job over and over again! Ho Hum ...

Why'd you buy a Mac then? Should have stuck with Windows if you don't like learning new things

I use Camino as my main browser, and occasionally go back to Safari. I think that I use Camino more because it was a much better browser on 10.3.9 where I couldn't get the latest Safari.
I can understand people liking Firefox over Internet Exploder, but over Safari and Camino? Nope. Not for me. (Yes, I know about all the extensions and stuff, but it just doesn't look right on a Mac, IMHO!)
Cheers,
Andrew

I use both Firefox and Safari, have always done it that way, no real reason, i guess i split my bookmarks up
I think I had trouble with Firefox not displaying pages properly but since installing Firefox 3 all is good again

I use and prefer Safari over Firefox on my Mac. I have recently started using Safari at work as well and now use IE only for SharePoint or any other work related stuff. Don't like Firefox for some unknown reason!

Safari in OS X, Firefox in Windows.
I would probably use Safari in Windows second to Firefox; You'd use IE 7 over Safari for Windows, Huy ?

For the simple reason that the machines I use at university do not have Safari installed. They are IE 7 machines with Firefox 2. Some machines do not have Firefox at all, so I'm forced to use IE 7. There may be other machines with IE 6 only and nothing else so that is a painful experience too.
I prefer IE 7 over Safari on Windows. I don't think iTunes/QT is great on Windows either. They're not as smooth/snappy on PCs.

Safari on Mac and Chrome on Windows.
I actually like Firefox for Mac but its lack of multitouch gestures is the dealbreaker.
