Thumbs down iSync problem

I downloaded a patch from Feisar.com for my Sony Ericsson W910i to sync with my mac, and was working perfectly for about a month.
A few days ago iSync just started to not run, it bounces once on the dock and nothing happens. So I can't get into preferences to reinstall the phone or anything. I set up a new user, and iSync works fine in that, but just not in my username. So I'm thinking I need to uninstall the patch, but the website doesn't give any hints on how to go about that.
Any help would be much appreciated.

If it installed using the regular Apple isntaller, you can start up the installer again, then press command-i which will bring up a window showing you what files were installed and, if you're lucky, where they were installed. Then you can manually remove them.

However, you might want to find out why iSync isn't opening. Open up the Console in /Applications/Utilities and see what interesting messages come up when you open iSync.

Yep it was installed using the Apple installer as far as I know, should the installer be in utilities too? If so...it doesn't seem to be there.
When having console open, trying to open iSync does nothing, and no messages come up.

Hi all! Ricky is a friend of mine but I've taken over this problem for him and have his MacBook with me till I can fix this issue. Currawong, I'm getting nothing to do with iSync in the console, just a pile of Mail.app messages. Could it be related?

Currently, when you click iSync the icon bounces once then nothing. Are there any preference files I could delete?

Thanks!
