Got it back friday.Techs had to replace Logic Board AND the 320 GB HDD.
To smooth the waters, Next Byte upgraded my 320 GB HDD with a 500 GB.
If the Logic Board is going to shat itself again,I hope it's within the next three years.
I would not be happy to have to actually pay for one.
They cost an arm and a leg and then some.
The fans seem louder now though-not sure why.
Just happy to have it back.It sure was dreadful having to use the PC for ten days during Easter.

Forget page one-go to page two.
This is what I said on 30/3--
"If the Logic Board is going to shat itself again,I hope it's within the next three years".
it lasted two days and the logic board shat itself again.
I got it back today and now the sound card does not work.
It makes a clicking sound and only on the right channel.
That's now two logic board replacements,
One HDD,
Sound card currently stuffed and cd's and dvd's I need a cloth to hold them when ejecting so that I don't drop them from the heat.
Purchase date 8/2-today 8/4,that's eight weeks old today and almost 50% of it's life spent in the workshop.
My PC was better quality than this iMac.
