around 6 months ago it started, but i thought it wasnt that bad of a glitch so i just went on with life and decided to get use to it, but now its getting bad.

the problem is, when i click right click on a app that i just opened it will beach ball for around 10 seconds then show the right click, after that one time it wont happen again till the next time i re-open the application, so when ever i open a application i always right click to make sure it is beach ball free, so the next time i right click it wont happen.

any ideas on how to fix it?

thanks.

GraphicConverter? That installs a contextual menu program too.

I take it you've tried the usual suspects? (repair permissions, etc)

Are you talking about right clicking on the app icon in the dock, in the finder, or somewhere else?

you can try removing relevent preferences (finder, dock as appropriate)
