Default help, My mac has download itunes 8.1
Help! For no reason whatsoever my mac has download itunes 8.1 and is asking me if I want to install it.

Is this a malware. How do I clean it?

Hahahahhahaahahah you made me crack up man!!!

iTunes 8.1 is the latest version!! Software Update downloads updates in the background automatically while you work (if you don't have an ultrafast internet connection then you may have noticed a strange slowdown)

Just hit install, chuck in your password and away you go!

You can stop Software Update downloading updates without you knowing in System Preferences.

Not true, although you do typically have to visit a dodgy porn site/pirate software site, download said malware, open the installer and put your password in before you come to harm...
