How do I get the audio from .flv files for an iPod?

I apologize if this question has been asked and answered many times. I could not find any hint in my searches of the forums.

Any suggestions would be gratefully used.

Use ffmpgx and don't select a video option.

Easy done.

use Mpeg Streamclip. If i remember ther eis and option to export audio only.
