When I went into Big W to get the $50 iTunes card it scanned at $50.
I complained and asked to see somebody else....
Eventually I found out that the $20 will be deducted when you purchase them.

afaik, Dial-Time and Bill Express are the same company, and I recieved an e-mail today saying that Bill Express has been taken over by an administrator and will cease operations on August 15th at 5pm.

This would be the reason behind the iTunes cards being taken off the shelves, if in fact my above statement about Dial-Time and Bill Express is true.

What sucks about Bill Express going under, too, is that their Bopo Pre-Paid Visa Card system goes with it. They were handy as.

So does this mean that its just the physical cards that arr off the shelf?

So the 3x$50 cards that I have 2 years to use (on the receipts) are still good right?

It says on the receipt from 2 years of issue.

I am pretty sure since I have paid for them that Apple would still honour my credit for iTunes store.

If not I will be having some curt words with on of those so-called geniuses on the phone

Bill express which processes iTunes cards, Mobile Recharge and Bopo went into administration (otherwords their broke) by nearly 200 million bucks. All the services under bill express aren't being processed.

Will a new provider get it on the iTunes cards business?

Has Apple Australia commented on the situation?
