US iTunes account suspended
Not sure if it is linked the recent 7.7 update but just went to the US store and it informs me my account is suspended.
Anyone else had this?
The other idea is maybe now they are changing it so you must have a US credit card against the account.
Certainly it has seemed of late they have been trying to close off the voucher reseller (time limits to redeem etc).
Think I only had about $40 left so suppose I just have to walk away (can hardly contact customer service).

I had that a while ago. Turned out that a voucher that I bought from Hogeweg80 was bogus. Hopefully it is the same for you, not an early sign of some new crackdown.

That sucks mate. My Yankee account still works with 7.7, was just purchasing tracks a moment ago.

So how did you get it fixed, just a new voucher or did you contact them? |

I contacted Apple who reinstated my account and the seller of the voucher who issued me with another one, even though I had spent half of it already. You'll be fine if you contact Apple. |

so the update is one of my vouchers was cancelled as the credit card purchase was challenged in the states (so either fraud or the cardholder pulled a swifty).
My account has been cancelled due to the fraud and I have requested Apple let me know which voucher and I am happy to give them the name of the Ebay member I got it from.
Have to set up a new one but really need to know who dudded me before I go back and buy anymore.
