Default excel 08 courses

I'm looking for an excel course in Brisbane, which focusses mainly on the basics with excel 07/08. I've rarely used it over the years and simple things always seem really complicated to me, so I reckon it's time to do a course.

Can anyone recommend a good one in Brisbane, preferably a mac 08 course?
