video projector with video ipod touch

Hello I just purchased a video ipod touch. I only want to use this for professional video presentations using the ipod touch with professional video projectors. I also purchased the AV cable to hook it up to the projector. In the past, we would use a standard DVD player with the projector to show presentations to an audience of 500 people. Sometimes,, the DVD's would fail or skip during performance. We'd always replace the DVD's with new ones but sooner or later,, problems would arise again. I bought the video ipod touch,, to replace using DVD's altogether,, in hopes to fix the skipping DVD problem,,, loaded these videos which are 5 minutes in length,, uploading from DVD to standard ipod size file m4gb {??} recomended size file. My question to you is,, how will these video clips look on the big screen using the ipod touch and a video projector??? Thanks!!!

Try connecting it to your own TV - or if you know someone with one of those massive plasma monsters, test it that way. It's surprisingly good. No pixelation.

I hooked it up to a small TV and it looks fine there. I'm hoping when I use the ipod touch and projector for real at a presentation, it will look fine. Thanks!!

What you see on the TV is a good indication. You look at your Hand Braked movies on the iPod and think, "Nah..."

... but when one hooks it up to a big TV set, one looks at the quality, and thinks, "Actually.... this is rather good!"

it makes for a refreshing surprise
