iPod Touch Impressions

Hi!

I'm currently thinking about buying one of those pretty gadget. I had already 3 ipods, and now I have a iPod Touch 8g Black. I would like to sell it and buy a touch.

I just want to know: now that we can run the "ilife" suite from iphone on it. we can run ALL AND EVERY Iphone app on it? (I know same system but I'd like to be sure).

Also did someone ever tried emulators on hit? How do they feel? They surely look pretty cool!
nes, snes, sega, psx emulators. Those machines are pretty awesome!

Anyway, tell me your bad or good stories about it!

Thanks !

You have an iPod nano 8GB -- black.

You can't run iLife on the iPod touch, it is actually Mail, Maps, Weather, Notes and Stocks.

Click the image to open in full size.

iLife is iPhoto, iMovie, GarageBand, iWeb, iDVD -- not available on iPhone or iPod touch.

If you jailbreak, yes you open yourself up to more applications.

Yeah I wrote """Ilife""" because I didn't know the right name, but I just wanted to say "this app suite".

Thanks for your reply

How do they feel? I mean, when you play to it can you fast tap buttons, like if you play mortal kombat will I be able to do tricks? Is it very sensitive? You can really play super mario without any troubles?

Thanks!

@Linux_insidev2 - You can get a copy of the Sega Genesis / Mega CD emulator if you donate at zodttd.com. Quick & Easy.

@tompouk - they take a little bit to get used to, as of course there's no physical feedback when you press the buttons. I also prefer the portrait mode - in landscape, the buttons tend to get in the way of some games.

Hope that helps :-)

So it's a 1st gen nano that falls over? That is probably the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
