Has Apple fixed the "crooked" screen on the iPod chubby?

I heard about the issue with 3rd gen iPod nano's having crooked screens, and have done a little bit of research on it...

I went to my local Apple reseller yesterday looking for a black nano. I asked the sales guy if I could check if the screen was straight before selecting one for purchase - and I had to leave empty handed - every single one of the eight they had there had a tilt about 1mm anti-clockwise on the screen.

This issue was raised fairly early on, so I would have thought the it would have been resolved by now.

Has anyone here got a straight screen on their iPod nano chubby?

I have one and it seems fine to me?

Never heard of this problem before... and I got mine pretty much after they were announced/released (8GB red).

Hmmm, I see.

Is this really of concern? Not a bad as a dead pixel me thinks.

But I stand to be corrected.

From those articles, if you do have that problem, Apple will replace/exchange it?
